HOW TO KEEP YOUR MICROBIOME HEALTHY – AND STAY YOUNGER LONGER
1. FEED IT – Look guys its a no brainer. One of the most easily modifiable factors is the food you eat. Switching from highly processed food diet to one loaded with fruits in moderation, vegetables, lean protein and fermented foods (like pickles, & sauerkraut) promotes beneficial bacteria for that “Whoa I feel so good feeling”.
2. AVOID ANTIBIOTICS – These guys are a major cause of harmful gut imbalances. Steer clear unless absolutely necessary.
3. GET OUTSIDE – Exposure to a broad range of environments, particularly outside, may improve the microbial diversity in your gut. In other words guys don’t be afraid to get a little dirt on your hands.
